durian cake

somebody asked me to post the durian cake recipe that i baked last 2 weeks. just a simple recipe to try.

the ingredients :-

185 g of self raising flour
185 g buttercup
155 g granulated sugar
4 eggs (medium)
durian


directions :-

preheat oven to 190 degree C
stir sugar and buttercup until light and fluffy.
add egg yolks one at a time
then add the egg white and flour, stir slowly
add durian (to ensure durian mix well in batter, stir first with margerine or buttercup)
bake at 180 degree C for 30 minutes or until cake tester inserted into centre of cake comes out clean.


then eat lah! LOL
