my mom's kuah lodeh

ayied asked me the recipe of kuah lodeh that i cook last few days. its my mom's recipe.

ingredients :-

onion
garlic
red chilli
green chilli
ginger
anchovies
shrimp paste
lemon grass
vegetables : long beans, cabbage, carrot, tempe & potato (depends on yr taste), sengkuang (turnip?)
cooking oil

you guys know how to prepare it right?

and this is the result. best to eat with lontong or plain rice and add some sambal tumis.

back to the kitchen

i cook on saturday woohoooo! sayur lemak sawi cina, sambal sotong, ikan sepat masin and bubur chacha+ubi. enjoy the view hiksss.

ketupat palas

ketupat palas for berbuka on friday. nice ketupat and beef rendang.

4th day

just bought 2 things on this day.

laksa penang. this stall happened to be the best laksa in pasir gudang (for me and my frens laa). but this time the taste was so-so. a bit salt will make the taste better. yeah...posaa...

kurma safia from yusof tayoob. my fav kurma during ramadan.

4th day - tiada pembaziran berlaku!

3rd ramadan

catch of the day :-

badak berendam (soaking hyppo? hiksss). a dude ask the kakak "gimme kuih onde2 pls". i was like...where the hell got kuih onde2 at that stall. apparently he asked for the badak berendam. the taste is B. not so good lah. bulan posa yea kak??

my main dish for the day was nasi beriani. ohh.. i dont like the nasi, the ayam masak merah and all - acar, dalca. cant finished all the nasi. only C for this nasi.

roti john. i just ate quarter of the roti. rating = B.
